What we collect

When you order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, optionally, your email address and a gift note. If you create an account we also store your login details (passwords are stored hashed).

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To send order updates and verification codes via WhatsApp or SMS.
• To prevent fraud and duplicate orders.
• If you enter your mobile number at checkout but don’t place the order, we keep your bag for up to 90 days and may send you one WhatsApp message about it.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Sharing

We share your name, phone and address with the courier delivering your order, and nothing more. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are stored in your browser. If we enable analytics or advertising pixels (such as Meta or Google), they may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
